Welcome to Rich’s Beach Bungalow, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home located right on the boardwalk in Mission Beach!
Some neighborhoods are just special, and this is one of them. Step out onto your private rooftop balcony and enjoy sunsets, the sound of the waves, and the fresh ocean air. This second-floor condo is part of an eight-unit complex, just two blocks north of Belmont Park, and includes a private rooftop deck with BBQ and seating—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Just walk down the stairs and across the boardwalk, and your toes are in the sand! Watch all the activity on the boardwalk or join in yourself. The open California-style kitchen is fully equipped for dining at home.
Sleeping accommodations include:
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed with a view
• Second Bedroom: Two twin beds
• Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper
The shared bathroom features a shower/tub combo. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit.
Beach accessories are included: 2 beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler.
Air conditioning is available for an additional fee; please contact us to reserve.

It was a lovely stay. The parking was a bit tricky due to the garage being too small to park in. But there was usually a spot along the side of the building to park. As long as you were not the first one to park because if someone parked behind you were stuck. The apartment was perfect for our needs. One think to note, is that not all of the outlets worked. I would definitely stay again. Perfect spot right on the beach with the ocean sounds lulling you to sleep.

Guess I'd say the decor could be upgraded, but the place was in a great spot and clean. Loved the deck. Maybe a firepit up there?

Rich’s boardwalk is the perfect little vacation rental in the middle of Mission beach. It’s just a few steps away from the boardwalk for an easy walk for a late night snack or drink. The roof top patio while small is perfect to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

- Great location on Mission beach. Steps from the beach and Belmont Park.
- The property is certainly outdated and could use some work.
- The property looks much cleaner from the pictures. Bed sheets appeared to be old. The sofa bed is rusty.
- Bathroom is fairly clean. The dish washer doesn’t work very well.
