O - It is a coastal Sydney property so leaving balcony doors open may lead to insects flying in.
O - The parking space requires careful manoeuvring, as it's tight when entering and exiting. It has enough room for small to medium Sedans, hatch backs only as there isn't enough height clearance for SUV's.
O - There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if noise levels only exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched.
Below in "in the section for other things to note" you will find more details on how we conduct check in, what we provide and other aspects of our service.

Spacious, comfortable, good location, great views. Responsive property managers - good communication. Quiet building. Well stocked bathroom and kitchen with all the sundries required; I quite appreciated the stocked coffee bar, drinking water filter, washer AND dryer, space heaters and fans, extra blankets and desk space. (The wifi was pretty terrible, often saying there was no connection even though I was connected, both the regular and 5G connection options seemed to struggle) but other than that, the stay was perfect. 10/10 would recommend.
