Welcome to Southern Charmer, y'all! This STUNNING brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo in Auburn is very spacious with just over 2,000 square feet and sleeps 8 people comfortably. It is only two miles from campus and right around the corner from the Tiger Transit stop at the Auburn Mall so getting to the game is easier than ever! The location of this home is right in the heart of Auburn with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
This fabulous home has all of the bells and whistles featuring hardwood floors, a king master bedroom and ensuite walk-in shower bathroom on the main level, two dining areas, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances, and a laundry area conveniently located off the kitchen. The living room area has an abundance of natural light and is outfitted with super comfy furniture that's perfect for relaxing with some Toomer's lemonade before you head to the stadium! The kitchen is fully stocked should you want to whip up some tailgate food or exquisite meals AND it comes with a Keurig coffee maker.
Head upstairs where you will find another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and an adorable twin room with a cozy reading nook! Beautiful property! Very clean and comfortable for my family of 6. The townhome had everything we needed and there was plenty of parking on the street.

Wonderful stay! We had 5 adults and 3 young children and we all had comfortable places to stay! Everything was neat, clean and up to date! Would definitely stay here again!

Our unit was very clean, attractively decorated, and comfortably for our group. The management company did an outstanding job as well. We were assigned a representative , Madi, who reached out prior to our stay with her personal contact information. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Everything was in great condition. There had been a power outage that caused a circuit breaker to trip due to some weather issues. And she addressed our questions immediately with a personal visit. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.
