This apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house in the green village of Kukci, just 3 kilometres from Poreč.

The apartment is for 4-6 guests and has a surface area of 84 sqm, its own terrace, private parking, and garage. The house also has a fenced garden of 1000 sqm which means children can play in complete safety. In 2013 a new holiday home was added – Ruben, a bungalow suitable for 4-6 guests.

Attached to and accessible from the garden of the house, there's a children's playground to help keep younger guests entertained and a boccia court, perfect for some friendly competition.

The apartment Milica consists of two double bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, living room with pull-out sofa for two people, and bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
