Clean, great view!

We have stayed here a number of times. The home is very comfortable and the views of the lake are outstanding. Rick is easy to communicate with. The reason for our trip is that the guys in our family love to go fishing in Lake Erie & always come home after limiting out. We also go to a Guardians game. There a number of great restaurants a short drive away. We also like to walk down to the marina to see the boats and get some exercise. We will likely be back next year.

Nice house and a great host.

The house was clean and the host was great to deal with. The kitchen is fairly modern and worked pretty well for us. Overall, the property could use some TLC. Boards on the deck appear to be rotten and are no longer attached. The yard was loaded with weeds, including lots of thistles in the beds. Parts of the fridge’s interior appear to be missing. The patio furniture wasn’t in the best shape, nor were the grill and fire pit. There were only a handful of towels and limited flatware. This is a beautiful piece of property with a gorgeous view of Lake Erie but it’s an older home and needs some attention and investment based on other rentals we’ve stayed at.
