Old farmhouse completely renovated for 5 people, 1 km from the shops. The rental is located above the garage and vacationers of the entrance hall. Highest point of the town. Main room of 40 m2 sunny with 3 windows, 2 bedrooms for 4 people, and a bed of 120cm by 210cm in living room + a folding bed adult; all bedding is very good. Large bathroom very bright. Necessary baby up to 3 years.
Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, large TV, 5 bikes to walk on the many small country roads.
Garage on the ground floor of 35 m2 with water.
Enclosed garden of 300 m2 private holidaymakers with children's games; swings, slide. At 15 meters; giant decathlon trampoline, trapeze swings, slide.
Garden furniture, 2 sunloungers and barbecue.
At 5 minutes; equestrian center, canoeing on the DON river.
At 5 minutes; AQUATIC SPACE + wellness area of DERVAL (hammam, sauna and spa)
1.5 km; Roman road near the castle of PONTVEIX. DON Valley with Castle JUZET and a pancake on the River Don. 5 km (5 minutes) immense forest of 4,500 hectares.
The rental is 40 minutes from NANTES, 40 minutes from RENNES, by fast track, 50 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Europe and 1 hour from GUERANDE famous for its ramparts and salt marshes.

Other than being really really hot in the summer, this house was lovely. The cleanest of all the houses we stayed in during our European tour. If you stay here, you MUST visit Puy du Fou, an absolutely AMAZING medieval amusement park.
The owner was nice, the house is a very small upper apartment, but serviceable. You have to be quiet because the owner is just on the other side of the thin walls. The neighbors had huge parties every saturday night that lasted all through the day sunday. Nothing you can do about it, just feel the beat of the music all night long.
Perfect village 1 KM away, had a great grocery store and boulangerie.

The apartment was clean and well furnished. The hosts were very hospitable. The house was close to grocery stores which sold almost anything needed. Wi-fi was advertised but many days it could not be accessed, and when accessed, the internet was down. Internet was expected to research places to visit and to maintain contact with family in the states. Lack of access to and use of the internet was disappointing.
