A modern efficiency apartment in an excellent South Congress location. Located a few blocks from the great shopping and restaurants on South Congress and one block from Stacy Park which has a public pool, tennis courts, trails, fitness equipment, etc.
Hardwood and tile floors; one bedroom; one bath with walk-in shower (no tub); combined kitchen / dining / living room area; washer/dryer and desk in bedroom. Wood deck with bistro set; private courtyard with grill. Courtyard is fenced for dogs ($45 per stay fee required). High-speed internet. There is one flight of stairs to get to the apartment, sorry, it is NOT handicap accessible.
Electric Car Drivers - we have a 50/30 amp panel, however --- access to the charging panel is NOT guaranteed upon booking --- please inquire to confirm availability and specifications PRIOR to booking.

Great place a couple blocks from south congress! Great backyard and amenities like kitchen and washer dryer. Really appreciated the detergent! Was a nice surprise and really useful after time in Barton Springs. Would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless. Great location, Lovely neighborhood to walk and lots of things to do within walking distance.
