Casa Chiara is a beautiful new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. 4th Bedroom has a double sofa bed, however, we welcome small groups of a maximum of 6 travellers. However, may consider up to 8 guests with an added premium. Additional guests will be charged pro rata. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout with a fabulous kitchen and open plan dining and lounge area.
Most of the side and front facing windows take in fantastic views of the ‘Costa Degli Dei’ or coast of the Gods. In addition, from the villa’s large roof top solarium, the villa boasts fabulous panoramic uninterrupted views over the sea taking in the magnificent volcanic island of Stromboli and the group of Aeolian Islands that can be seen on clear days in the distance. Breath-taking views of the sunset are a highlight of every evening.

The villa is part of a small ongoing development of a small group of 8 detached and semi-detached villas. Casa Chiara is situated high up on the estate and can be seen immediately on the approach road. The family builders who own the Residence Dei Fiori are very respectful of the villa owners and the residents and keep everywhere as tidy as possible.
Casa Chiara villa is nestled within beautiful green hills, far away from the main Tropea road. It’s idyllic, quiet and peaceful location and stunning views of the sea, allow time for reflection and relaxation. Situated within a mile of the authentic Italian village of “Zambroni”, the villa is 10-minutes’ drive from the romantic town of Tropea and 20-minutes from historic Pizzo; the home of the famous, delicious Tartufo ice cream.

View: Towards the back garden of villa/patio and over land and sea towards Tropea
Double bedroom with a large super comfortable double bed, that that can be converted into two separate single beds. Mirrored wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Fourth Bedroom: Sleeps 2 (double sofa bed)

Beautiful, modern, brand-new fully equipped crystal glass and stainless steel fronted kitchen with all modern appliances: double sink/ oven, fridge/freezer, glass hob/ stainless steel air extractor / dishwasher/double sink.
Lounge
Fabulous lighting including up-lighting and spots.
58 inch TV
Beautifully appointed dinning and lounge area including dining room table, white leather couch, black leather reclining chair and foot stool, and coffee table.
Large French windows which open out on to panoramic view of the sea, taking in the magnificent volcanic island of Stromboli and the Aeolian Islands.
Outside Garden Area
The villa is laid to lawn (highest quality artificial grass) with two small olive trees either side of a pretty rose & cream coloured-stone back garden patio with large front driveway to match. Well stocked borders.
Rooftop Solarium
Substantial double-sided rooftop solarium with rose-coloured terracotta tiles with multiple planters filled with Jasmine and other plants. (See below for garden furniture.)
Casa Chiara has plenty of high quality all-new garden furniture which can be used flexibly either in the garden or on the solarium roof, including:
• 6 sun loungers
• Stand-alone hammock
• Coffee seating area and coffee table
• 4 sundowner highchairs for evening cocktails
• 8-seater garden dining table
• 4 super-large sun canopies
Residence pool
There is a beautiful pool available for use by people staying at the villa and is situated directly above the villa a few steps away. See photos and video. The pool has powerful jacuzzi jets, and an overhead neck massage waterfall, and is positioned on the residence with a panoramic view across the sea towards Stromboli and the sunset. The pool is never very busy and often you may enjoy the facility for yourself. Please note, the communal pool is unheated and so is only open for guest use during the months of June - September (subject to covid restrictions).
The villa has a washing machine available in the utility room next to the kitchen.
If you would like an extra clean or linen and towel change during your stay, this is available at an extra charge.
There is unlimited wifi usage at the villa.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request, at an additional cost of €30 per week.
It is a health and safety requirement that names and ages of all guests are provided prior to check-in.
Please note that we do not allow large same sex groups to rent this villa.

This is a very lovely newer home with a spectacular view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Plenty of outdoor seating and gorgeous roof top views of the sea and Stromboli. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. There is a lovely charcoal BBQ as well. Charcoal and lighter is available at the hardware store on the way to Zambrone. Zambrone is a 30 minute walk from the house. The beds are very comfortable with lovely bedding. My only criticism is the main bedroom did not have shutters or dark curtains making for a very early wake up every day. In November when we were there all surrounding areas were very quiet. The weather was lovely 18-23 and no crowds but there is very limited stores and restaurants open. Francesco, the local agent was very responsive and helpful. We loved the whole Calabria area and found the people as warm and delightful as the food.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was well equipped and comfortable. The highlight was the wonderful view and beautiful sunsets, as well as being close to the lovely town of Zambrone. Our host Janice was very responsive and provided wonderful tips and recommendations. Ristorante Manitta is a must. There were many wonderful towns and sites to see within a two hour drive from the house.

Everything about Casa Chiara was excellent. You could not have asked for a better view! The villa was very clean and Janice and Francesco were excellent to work with! I highly recommend this villa !! Ciao!
