Directly across the road from the lake, just steps away from the beach with a swimming area, docks, kayaks, paddle boards, playground, and beach volleyball. One mile from clubhouse, outdoor pool, splash pad, playground, and basketball and tennis courts. An indoor pool and fitness center are also nearby.
The space
Home is conveniently located on Big Bass Dr. nearby the main access gate. Big Bass Lake is a gated community. You will need to complete a simple rental application required by Big Bass Lake to gain access. It's a quick and easy process that I'm happy to help with.

Key Residence Features: Wi-Fi (300 mbps with complementary Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and Peacock), a fully equipped kitchen, large deck with seating and four-burner CharBroil grill, firepit for roasting marshmallows, pull-through driveway parking for multiple vehicles, in-unit laundry, en-suite bathroom off master bedroom, access to amenities, and professional cleaning and sanitizing between every guest.
POLICIES: - No smoking - Pets by exception - No events, parties or large gatherings – Family groups only - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Rental application due to Big Bass Lake 72 hours in advance of stay - Photo ID is required upon check-in at gate - Daily amenity use pass, if desired, $4 ($6 for weekend or holiday) per person charged by Big Bass Lake; Weekly amenity use pass, if desired, $20 ($25 for holiday week) per person charged by Big Bass Lake

The cabin is cute and cozy. It is very close to the beach and community entrance. I like that there is a thermostat in each room.

Location for us worked well. Otherwise Not impressed. I didn’t see there was no a/c so that’s on me. The smell was not good. Yes? I understand it is a cabin, but it was overpowering. The ants were everywhere. Cobwebs on the entry door. I had a terrible allergic reaction to whatever the sheets were washed in. Rewashed with arm and hammer and was fine.
