Beautiful trulli finely restored and equipped with every comfort 4 beds consisting of:
- nº 1 sovereign trullo with double bed and possibility of adding a bed;
- nº 1 alcove with two nicely arranged bunk beds;
- living room with table, chairs, TV, WiFi connection;
- equipped kitchenette, ceramic hob, sink, fridge, microwave and equipped with all necessary utensils;
- bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, elegant and comfortable shower, hairdryer;
- fireplace, central heating and thermal blankets;
- "NATURAL '' air conditioning;
- mosquito nets at each window.
Large outdoor areas with wooden pergola, tables, chairs, sitting area, comfortable outdoor shower, built-in barbecue, sink area with trays and clothesline for exclusive use.
Shared Pool with sun beds, tables and umbrellas, sports area consisting of n. 2 ping-pong tables, multi-sports pitch (soccer, volleyball, beach tennis, basketball), cool pine forest with hammocks, ample parking.
Strategic position to visit within 5/15 km: Martina Franca, city of the Baroque and of the famous Festival of the Valle d'Itria and of the tasty capocollo; Locorotondo with its flowery historic center famous for its white wine; Cisternino with its outdoor grill and oriental places of worship; Ostuni the white city with breathtaking views;

The place was cute and clean, very comfortable, good kitchenette and well equiped. Bathroom looked recently redone. Host was super help responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend if in the area.

The house, the grounds, the pool and the location were all perfect. Elisabetta was a perfect host and gave us suggestions and support whenever we needed it. The house is close to lots of great places to visit - Ostuni was our highlight. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer.

We stayed at Elisabetta's for 2 weeks, and the whole experience was amazing. The trullo is very nice, cool at night, and it was sparkly clean when we checked in.
The rest of the property is equally great. There's everything you need, from a quiet hammock among the trees to a super swimming pool, ping pong tables, and a pickleball court.
The property is a stone's throw's from Martina Franca and is the perfect base to explore all the white towns around.
Elisabetta was the perfect host, too. Always available for questions, and was super nice to just have a chat and practice my Italian :)
We're all very happy with the experience, and we'll be looking forward to returning!

We loved our four-night stay in this trullo farmhouse. Elisabetta is a wonderful host, very generous and kind, helpful in every way. The property is amazing -- there are actually three separate apartments, plus extensive outdoor areas including a huge pool and pickle ball court. It would be ideal for a family get-together or three couples traveling together to book the entire property! All three apartments have been remodeled and updated with very tasteful decor and high-quality fabrics, bed linens, towels. There is ample gated parking on site. The property is a five-minute drive from Martina Franca and a 20-minute drive to neighboring towns such as Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino. Elisabetta lives in a house on the property and is very responsive/available if you have questions or need advice on outings, restaurants. We highly recommend this property as your base in the Valle d'Itria. If you want to do some hiking nearby, the Bosco delle Pianelle has lots of well-marked trails -- impossible to get lost as there are signs with maps at each intersection. Very pretty park. Enjoy!
