This house is located in one of the most privileged areas of Skiathos! The location can be described as the outskirts of Skiathos but at the same time it is a 5 minute walk from the main road (Papadiamanti Street) the heart of Skiathos!
Next to the house you have everything within 100 meters such as Restaurant, Mini Market, Bakery, Pastry Shop, bus stop, free parking, Playground, a small beach right below the house and a 5 minute walk from a fully organized beach with restaurants, water sports,etc.
The house has a huge private 3 level patio and a relaxing balcony with a panoramic breathtaking view!
Inside the house you may enjoy the sitting room with 48" tv, (Netflix), free Wi-Fi, air condition and Ceiling fan! Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a relaxing shower, and one bedroom with a 32" tv, Ceiling fan and an extra comfortable Anatomical 3 layer queen bed!

-FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Refrigerator, Electric kitchen, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (espresso, filter), kettle (kitchen equipment).
-SITTING ROOM: Air conditioning, Ceiling fan, 42" Smart tv with Bluetooth soundbar, fireplace, panoramic sea view.
-BEDROOM: Anatomical 3 layer double bed, Fully fitted wardrobe, Ceiling fan, TV
-WC/SHOWER: Hairdryer, Towels & Beach towels, First aid kit, Washing machine
*BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom is located outside from the main house and is private! It has it own separate entrance, double bed (1.40x 2.00 cm) bathroom, kitchen, TV and air conditioning and is connected to the main house with an external staircase! This extra room is ideal for a second couple who would like to share their vacation in the same beautiful space, for a 3-4 member family, for adults or children who are quite old and have parental consent!
* The 2nd bedroom is not rented separately!
* The second bedroom is rented only for guests who have rented the main house as an extra bedroom for extra members!
* The second bedroom is not included the booking for 2 persons who rent the main house as an additional bedroom!

Huge 2 level patio, cozy balcony in front of the house with the relaxing sofa, 2 sun beds, comfort built sofa , beautyfull sitting place facing the sea, small beach right below the house! ( crossing the patio you have acces to the small beaches

Wow! Just WOW! A faultless stay at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect. The view is out of this world. The location is perfect - quiet but within a few minutes walk of some excellent restaurants and the old port. The accommodation is outstanding ad it was designed to be a home, not a holiday let and that really shows. Super comfortable bed, huge sofas, tastefully decorated throughout and everything you would expect to find in your own kitchen - so well equipped! We have stayed in countless 'borrowed houses' over the last 20 years and this tops the lot. Oh, and Tassos - your host - could not have been more responsive or kinder. Just book it - before someone else does!

This was our third villa holiday in Skiathos. We saw this property on VRBO some years ago and was keen to stay for it's proximity to the local beach and main town with it's vibrant nightlife of restaurants, bars and shops (Only 5 minute walk) whilst still maintaining a quiet and peaceful ambience when staying in.The villa is in an ideal location with lovely views over looking the bay of Megalli Amos beach, the rest of the Island and mainland Greece.Tassos, the owner, was a true gentleman, friendly and welcoming.Excellent communication throughout the booking process. On arrival at the airport he met us and arranged for transportation to the villa free of charge.He introduced us to his immaculate home which was very well equipped with everything we needed. Cleanliness was 5 star.Tassos was always on hand if we needed any help, but was never intrusive.If you like this sort of holiday, we can't recommend this property enough. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was even better than the photos – spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect, with incredible views and the best swimming right at our doorstep, great restaurants & bakeries within 5-10 min walk. What truly made the experience special was the host. Tassos went above and beyond – communicating from the day we booked the stay, picking us up, organizing transport, and making sure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made everything easy and stress-free. We never had such a wonderful host! This was by far one of the best Vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would love to return!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here this past weekend. The property is stunning and the house was very well equipped with everything you can think of! You can tell they put a lot of thought into the design and details so you truly feel like it’s your home while you’re there. The views from every room leave you breathless and we loved all the outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The home is in prime location of the bay and only a 7 minute walk away from the center town of Skiathos and all the restaurants, making it ideal for us to explore all the local restaurants and shops Skiathos has to offer. Tassos was always very communicative and proactive even before we arrived. He arranged our pickup from the airport at no cost and helped us arrange a speedy transfer to the airport. His recommendations for local dining options and activities were top notch and made our stay even more special. He always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything else. If you are lucky to find this beautiful home available for the dates you want to visit Skiathos, definitely book it and don’t miss out! We can’t wait to be back!!
