One of Garrovera's main attractions is its splendid double swimming pool with waterfall, surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden and a welcoming chill-out area. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views that extend to the horizon, framed by cypress trees, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees.



Access to the house is through a charming porch covered with climbing plants, which houses a large dining table with capacity for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals. Around the pool you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for resting and disconnecting in the heart of nature.



Inside, the living room reflects Mallorcan rustic charm with exposed wooden beam ceilings and fine furniture arranged around the fireplace. The ambience is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two period Mallorcan rocking chairs, alongside original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood.



Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with capacity for eight diners. This room stands out for its brightness and excellent natural ventilation.



The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the main bedrooms also features a private terrace with spectacular mountain views.



The two bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature spacious showers, modern and functional furniture with storage space. The kitchen, also refurbished, presents a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.
