Situated on the 'Quiet' Sunset/protected land side of the property with spectacular unobstructed views of sunsets, Pacific Ocean, Mountains, Jungle and Surfers. The Hermosa Bungalows are located a few steps from pool and to Pacific Ocean which offers world class surf breaks and an endless beach for relaxing long walks.
This fully renovated 2-Bedroom, 2-bath unit sleeps 6, has 2 luxurious bathrooms with privacy and a front balcony with partial ocean views, custom vanities and plenty of storage space in each bedroom.
It features a very spacious and open floor plan living area with a 50' flat screen TV as well as a DVD/CD player. Expanded Cable TV and High-Speed Internet access are included.
The fully equipped kitchen includes microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, blender as well as washer/dryer.

The place is so nice, clean and very relaxing!

So, The property is in need of upgrade, ants and cockroaches found regularly at the premise. Kitchen faucet leaking, head shower in a newly updated bathroom had no pressure water whatsoever, pots and pans very mediocre, cutlery poor quality, dull knives, etc. The hammock on the porch torn and dirty and broken and not usable. The AC was GOOD, internet signal strong, vicinity of the beach excellent, however not swimable at all and without any risk warnings of the RIP currents, that are significant and the management should put a visible sign of it and should be placed in front of the bungalows, entrance of the beach.
Also, we are happy with the Hugo’s help and guidance while we stayed there.
WE stayed for 21 days and the bed sheets were never offered to be changed. The barbecue was dirty and poorly maintained and we did not use it once and was placed inconveniently on the ground floor, etc.
We like the area, security of the premises and quietness. We give 7.5 out of 10.

The unit was clean and the management was very helpful
However we had a couple of comments:
1. The pool advertised on VRBO ended up being more like a bath it was so warm. It could not be used- perhaps cooling water could be used.
2. Our neighbours were on their balcóny too a lot and smoked and the smoke blew into our balcony most of the time- not sure how to get around this but it limited our balcony/ porch time
