Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/5 bath property, which can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. With two kitchens, a spacious dining room with farm style table, grill, and 600+ square foot deck, this home is perfect for families and large groups. Located near the beach and within walking distance to Dock Square, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun activities and later watch the sunset from the deck or spend time around the fire pit at night.
This home is comprised of a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a bonus attached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment - when you rent this home, you are able to use both spaces! The apartment can be accessed from the interior of the main home, and also has a separate outside entrance, should you wish to use that as well. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a queen size bed, with 4 additional single size fold-out cots available for use as well.
Linens, blankets, and towels are included as part of the rental, and the home's two kitchens are fully stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, cooking equipment, etc. You also have access to a large grill and outdoor dining area on the wraparound deck.
Set back and secluded in the forest, yet less than 2 miles to the closest beach and within walking distance to Dock Square restaurants and shopping, this property offers something for everyone!
Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring devices (only measures the level of sound, not able to record conversations) are located on the exterior of the property as well.

Beautiful home, well maintained and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and had no complaints. The homeowners are attentive and respond quickly to any questions. It is in a beautiful, quiet location and is about a 5 minute walk to downtown.

Spacious home, but definitely could use some landscaping and improvements to the outside. We weren't aware that there was no yard but should have asked. There is a playground at the school down the street.

The hosts were super responsive and helped with suggestions for activities for the kids. Location was also perfect; we never had to get back in the car.Unfortunately, I had to sweep the house quite a few times the first day, & continuously picked up piles of dog hair, dust and leaves, especially on the steps. I understand it’s dog friendly but it didn’t seem that the house was cleaned too well. There was even an extremely long weave/dread piece hanging off of the mental when we got there.. For the price, we expected it to be clean and presentable. Additionally, there is a broken closet door in one of the bedrooms. When I first opened it, a piece of wood fell right onto my foot. There are numerous pieces of wood missing from the door, so I assume it’s been like that for awhile. Most of the curtain rods are broken. Anytime I went to open the curtains, I either couldn’t open them as they would get stuck on the rod, or the rod would move and pop right out. They fell multiple times. Also, the yard/property is extremely overgrown. We did think there would be more of a back yard, given the photos, and that the kids would be able to run around, but you can’t even step off of the deck. The area going onto the front porch too is very overgrown. Additionally, many light bulbs are out. The house was very dark most of the week.For the price, this house needs a lot of upgrades and care.
