Located on the 9th floor with free Wi-Fi, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom privately-owned vacation rental unit sits right at the entrance of Waikiki. Perfect location within walking distance to the Honolulu Convention Center, the newly-expanded Ala Moana Mall, and the shops and beaches of the Waikiki strip. This spot gives you the best of all worlds.
Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots and pans so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.
The bedroom can be opened up to the living room to create an open concept feel, or closed for privacy. Each room has a portable air conditioning unit.
Located inside the Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside bbq area, and use of laundry facilities. Free Wi-Fi is included.
Parking is not included with the reservation. Off site parking for $30 per night (just across the street), if available. Reservation required. Very limited parking - reservations are on a first come first serve basis, otherwise street parking and nearby garage parking are available (prices subject to change according to parking garage policy).
PLEASE NOTE: Waikiki is a vibrant area, and as with any major city, there is potential bus noise, sirens, and general foot and traffic noise that may come in from the jalousie windows which face the main road.

Pros: The location of the property was close to everything in Waikiki, about an 10 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to food and stores. It was an easy drive to/from the airport. Cons: the property was not well kept and the cleanliness could have been much better. There was mold on the wall in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom as well as in the kitchen cabinets by the fridge. The cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen looked liked they haven’t been wiped out for months, as well as the stove top. We ended up purchasing cleaning products to wipe everything down and to clean as we were staying in the unit. The pictures represented a much cleaner and updated unit. The listing stated A/C but it was portable A/C units in each room. There was not much storage space in the unit to put away suitcases or unpack. Overall, it was a place to sleep, close to the beach and restaurants but was a real disappointment.

The place was perfect for the guy trip and had number of beds needed. Nice, clean condo. Pictures made space look bigger than it was, but again, perfect for us since not there to spend inside. Communication with host was top notch. Quick responses. We would recommend this place and would stay again.

Rooms were clean. Though the bathroom extraction fan didn’t work and there was a mouldy smell. Lights in the bathroom were also intermittent in their working! The host was exceptional with their information and connection. More utensils, glasses and basic tea/coffee/milk in the kitchen would be a welcome addition - we didn’t have enough utensils for the four of us. Air conditioning was effective but noisy - it was on at our check in which was welcomed on arrival to the property. The pool was small and unheated. A toggle was required to get into the pool area but also out which is inconvenient and potentially dangerous. During our stay the power went out for one and a half hours. Information regarding who to contact for repair times would have been beneficial. The lift also broke down whilst we were there. Communication also could have been a lot better on repair times. 9 flights of stairs is difficult when you have luggage/ suitcases! Overall the location and room suited our purposes- a few additions to the conveniences and repairs to the property could make this place easily so much better.
