Fantastic property and great experience overall.

We had a beautiful two week stay with friends. Lots of space for everyone to gather together or to spread out. Surrounded by beautiful towns for short trips or longer days out. Would suggest a car for this area. You can walk to the main town but some spots are without a sidewalk. One of our main questions before going was how much the extra charges for electricity might be so if anyone else is also wondering, we were there last week of May and first week of June, eight people. We did a lot of cooking, so use the dishwasher nightly, in addition to showers and laundry. We did not utilize the hot tub or air-conditioning. It totaled around 500 for the total two weeks so divided by eight it wasn’t too bad, although this is the first time we’ve encountered that sort of thing in our travels. It’s very clear and upfront before you book that these are additional charges along with the tourist tax, but we were just a little unsure what to expect. Maybe that info will be helpful for other people. Valerio was very kind and helpful any time we had questions and always responded right away. He also helped us book a chef that came to the villa one night. It was fantastic, and we highly recommend Walter! We enjoyed it so much that actually visited his nearby restaurant as well. This is a trip we will be thinking about for a very long time, thank you.

This property was incredible, the pictures do not do it justice, it is beautiful in person. Extremely relaxing and everything went smoothly and the host was very communicative. The nearby town is very quaint, authentic and had everything you need. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

We were so impressed with this rental. It delivered on every level of our expectations, actually exceeding them. The property is SO beautiful and enjoyable to walk and relax in. We enoyed every part, both indoors and out. The host was so gracious and kind. We loved it and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed! Hope to back soon. Loved this property!
