This home features the popular reverse floor plan. From the top floor sun deck, enter in to the comfortable living room. Your family will love the spacious dining table - a special place to enjoy those favorite seafood dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have everything you need.

Your beach house is located approximately 1 block south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Property was modern and spacious. Took 24 hours to get help with the Wi-Fi. Wrong password was given in check-in details. Check-in was smooth and easy. I did see 3 roaches while we were there but didn’t seem to be an infestation. We just scooped them up. Mattress in top floor room was very soft and made you go to the middle. Couches were comfortable. View from deck was very nice. Very nice big table for eating if you have a crowd.

The door to the deck sticks but otherwise everything functioned as it should. The location was ideal! The rental staff was very responsive, professional and very friendly. I can’t wait to book again!
