This villa is perfect for families or small groups, with three climatized bedrooms (including a king-size) plus a sofa bed in the open gallery, comfortably accommodating up to max 6/7 guests. Two luxurious bathrooms feature a whirlpool bath and a shower, enhanced with relaxing natural bath salts for a true spa experience.
The Mediterranean garden, terraces, and private lounge offer privacy and serenity, while the heated saltwater pool with daybed and neck-massage fountain invites relaxation from spring to end of September (other months on request). NEW in 2025: a sunshade in front of the bedrooms provides extra comfort for lounging and relaxation.
Modern amenities include WIFI, 55” Smart TV, printer, alarm system, safe, and private double garage. The kitchen features both American and Nespresso coffee machines, with welcome capsules provided.

What a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect, couldn’t have wished for anything more. The host was excellent from the time of booking and throughout our stay.The villa was superb, immaculate with everything we could have needed. Plenty of sun loungers and shades etc. The heated pool was great - to be able to swim whilst looking at the spectacular view was beyond our expectations. We shall miss sitting on the balcony, eating our meal and watching the sun set. Thank you P.s the bbq area was great too!

Great villa in Lake Garda! The villa is clean, spacious, and features the most breathtaking views we saw all trip. We enjoyed cooking our meals at the house and watching the sunset from the top veranda every evening. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Huge thanks to Renate, who was a fantastic host and went completely above and beyond to help us when we needed assistance!

This property is wonderful and Renate the host could not be more helpful. The views are stunning and allow you to enjoy the lake in relative peace but still have access to the other sights when you want. The local town has restaurants and shops etc. but not as busy as lake shore which was lovely. Evenings watching the sunset are spectacular. The property is as the listing except the side BBQ area is even nicer and a lovely place to sit evening and morning. We were the first guests this year and any little snags were dealt with quickly. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped.Renate gave advice about day trips when we asked. We had an amazing boat tour with a local fisherman, drove round the lake, went up the local cable car for mountain hike, wine tasting in family run winery, lot's of golf or just days spent in the villa by the pool with a lovely local lunch.Absolutely exceptional stay and we would definitely highly recommend the villa and come back again if we were travelling to this area. Beautiful well equipped and immaculately maintained villa in lovely location with incredible views. We were a family of 6 adults and one infant and the villa was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to enjoy with many lovely seating areas. Renate our host was the best host you could ever hope for. The communication throughout was fantastic and she was so helpful, assisting us with our plans for what to do for our stay. Would certainly recommend.
