Spacious, convenient and clean. The hosts were very responsive. We would have liked more instructions on appliances, more local input and easier access to the house (more keys) The house is fabulous for a big crew.....would have been perfect with air conditioning!

Property extremely nice and we liked the quaintness of Lagoa versus downtown ponta Delgado. The only issue was on Tuesday only 1 restaurant was open even though their websites said open. It wasn’t hosts fault but we had to walk quite a ways to get dinner. Also it would have been great to have balconey furniture off of 2 upper bedrooms and a working dryer.

We had a wonderful time at this house
Pedro and Alvaro were very helpful.
Only down side, the house lacks AC, I’d avoid July & August in the future!
