A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto

Charming Positano – Casa dell'Ammiraglio. Experience the essence of Positano, an UNESCO World Heritage site, in this centrally located yet deeply private villa. Just steps away from the iconic Le Sirenuse hotel and the beach, this remarkable home is a rare gem: nearly 300m² of architectural charm and comfort, spread across two levels and surrounded by lush, fragrant gardens. Despite its location in the heart of town, the villa offers a peaceful retreat with complete privacy—a rare find in this vibrant coastal town. Every detail of the villa reflects the refined personality of its owner and the timeless beauty of the Amalfi Coast. With vaulted ceilings reaching approximately 3.40 meters, terracotta floors, and original frescoes, this villa captures the spirit of Mediterranean elegance while offering modern comforts. The villa comprises three elegant double suites, each uniquely decorated in harmonious shades of green, blue, and white. On the garden level, you’ll find two sitting rooms with vaulted ceilings, a large double suite with glass doors opening onto the garden and offering sea views, a smaller suite, and a fully equipped kitchen. The two sitting rooms offer inviting spaces for relaxation or intimate conversation, their ambiance enhanced by antique furnishings and soft natural light streaming in through the garden-facing windows. The master suite on this level features traditional vaulted ceilings and opens directly onto the blooming garden, enveloped by the scents of jasmine, hibiscus, roses, and citrus trees. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine, designed for guests who enjoy preparing meals in a welcoming, well-appointed space. Outside on this level, two al fresco dining tables are positioned on either side of the garden, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, intimate lunches, or romantic dinners under the stars. The garden stretches the full length of the property and is beautifully landscaped with fragrant jasmine vines climbing trellises, large terracotta pots overflowing with colorful geraniums, and lush greenery, creating an oasis of calm amidst the bustling town above. The outdoor areas are furnished with wrought-iron chairs and soft cushions, blending comfort and style with the natural Mediterranean landscape. On the upper level, a bright living and dining room continues the villa’s elegant coastal aesthetic, featuring vaulted ceilings and terracotta floors. A round dining table comfortably seats four, ideal for convivial meals, while French doors open onto a small balcony with views over Positano’s rooftops and the sparkling sea beyond. Two spacious and airy bedrooms on this floor offer serene retreats: one with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and handheld showerhead, and the other with two twin beds (each 85 cm by 185 cm, slightly narrower and shorter than typical U.S. single beds) and an en suite shower room. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed in fresh shades of blue and green, evoking the sea and surrounding hills, and feature French doors or windows that frame stunning views. An “L”-shaped terrace wraps around the rear and side of the villa on this level, creating additional outdoor living space furnished with comfortable chairs, cushions, and another marble-topped dining table with wrought-iron chairs. The terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Marina Grande, the Galli Islands, and the pastel-colored palazzos climbing the hillsides of Positano. Every corner of the outdoor space invites moments of relaxation, from sunbathing in the warm Italian sun to sipping cocktails as the sky turns pink at sunset. Guests should be aware that access from street level to the property involves descending 35 steps—a feature typical of Positano’s steep terrain that adds to the villa’s secluded charm. During your stay, a dedicated concierge will welcome you personally and will be in contact prior to your arrival to coordinate every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in and avoiding any delays or issues. The concierge is also available throughout your stay to assist with reservations, recommendations, and to organize bespoke experiences such as private boat tours, guided hikes along the Amalfi Coast, cooking classes, or spa treatments. This personalized service guarantees a stress-free, tailored vacation immersed in local culture and luxury. Modern amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, a washing machine, an iron, eco-friendly toiletries, a safe, and a hairdryer. Additional services such as private chefs, yoga sessions in the garden, babysitting, luggage porterage, daily housekeeping, and parking arrangements can be arranged upon request. The villa’s unbeatable location allows guests to experience Positano’s vibrant lifestyle firsthand. Stroll through cobblestone streets to artisan boutiques, enjoy a coffee in charming piazzas, or savor fresh seafood at nearby family-run restaurants. There are plenty of historical and cultural excursions to enjoy: visit the archaeological wonders of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Paestum; admire modernist architecture at Ravello’s Oscar Niemeyer Auditorium; explore the ceramics tradition at the Solimene factory in Vietri sul Mare, designed by Paolo Soleri; or appreciate contemporary art in Positano’s tiled square designed by Mimmo Paladino. The villa’s garden is a rare green sanctuary in the heart of town, offering privacy and tranquility amidst the Mediterranean flora. Jasmine and hibiscus blooms fill the air with delicate fragrances, while citrus trees provide dappled shade and a burst of color. The outdoor cocktail terrace, with its marble-topped table and wrought-iron chairs, is the perfect setting for morning coffee, an afternoon aperitif, or an evening under the stars with spectacular views of the Amalfi Coast and the Galli Islands. Casa dell’Ammiraglio is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking an authentic Amalfi Coast experience with the comfort of modern luxury and the charm of historic Positano. We spent a week at this beautiful house and loved it. I regret that I didn't get to spend more time just relaxing there! The host and the concierge, Stefania were so helpful and kind. They helped get us groceries (suggest that you do this so you dont have to lug heavy groceries.) You can arrange transport to and from the airport as well as private drivers for day trips; all at fairly competitive prices. They will provide you a list of other services available as well. There is also a cleaning lady that comes everyday, who is just so sweet. As a treat we were also given a bottle of Prosecco and pastries were provided on a few of the days! The location is great! Just a 10 minute walk down to the main beach. You are also off a very popular street with tons of wonderful restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Le Sirenus and Franco's are just steps away. When you exit out of the place you will find lots of tourists taking pictures because that us how great the view is from the house. Despite the tourist above you the place is very private and all the outside spaces are amazing. There is just one set of stairs to go down to the house, maybe 35 steps up and down. We did not need them but if you have a lot of lugguage there is porter service available, you can ask Stefania to help with this.I would definitely book this place again for the service, the views and all the amenities provided. Book it!

Fantastic property! Very helpful concierge and a fantastic view. Much better than the surrounding hotels.

Best location in town! Next to the most famous hotel in town and a view so good that people constantly stop there to take pictures. Short walk to the city center and beach, less than 5 minutes to groceries/wine, and plenty of great restaurant options nearby. Beautifully decorated and spotless thanks to Tania, the live in maid who we rarely saw but always appreciated for keeping the house in order. Stefania welcomed us on arrival and organized our tours, driver, boat trip, restaurant reservations, cooking class & dinner in the villa, etc... 5 star hotel level concierge service! Perfect for 3 couples or anyone who wants 3 bedrooms that each have their own ensuite bathroom, but be aware the bedrooms are not equal; there is a clear best, next best and least best (I can't say worst because it is still nice). The best bedroom is on the lower level with a sitting area and direct access to the stunning terrace where you should try to spend at least one full day of your vacation... it is incredible. The other two bedrooms are on the upper level, one with a balcony and the other with a large ocean view window, and a shared living room and patio. All are well furnished with comfortable beds. All the pictures and descriptions in the listing are accurate. The fitness center is just some fitness equipment like yoga mats, blocks, foam rollers, pilates rings etc that we used to stretch after all those Positano stairs. You won't find a better place to enjoy La Dolce Vita!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The location was perfect being just outside the busy narrow streets but still in the action. It was easy to walk to all locations in the main area and even down to the port. The view was beautiful as seen in the photos. Having the house keeper on the property was a great luxury and helped keep the place is order. Any questions were answered immediately and any issues fixed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious but authentic Positano stay. Very satisfied with our trip and hope to be back soon!
