**** Friday and Saturday check-ins will incur an extra fee if rental period occupies 2 separate weekends.

Sundry items expected to be re-supplied by larger groups.
Two Hobie pedal kayaks (single and tandem), Pelican tandem kayak, Coleman 16 foot canoe, included with cabin rent.
Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath lakefront vacation home with views of Lake Coeur d'Alene, including Cougar and Casco bay, the city of Coeur d'Alene, and the Spokane river.
Also on property for your use;
2 Sleeping cabins that sleep an extra 4+ people each
1 extra bathroom with shower on site.

From I-90 freeway. Take Lincoln Way/Hiway 95 exit and head south toward Moscow. After crossing bridge over Spokane river go 1/2 mile and take the second left @ bridge, Blackwell mill road. Stay left and immediately go thru chain link gate with dead end/ speed 8mph sign’s and continue almost to the end. Dock L slip 16 and lock code is 4-7-2-8.
GPS address of marina slip for pickup and drop-off as well as free guest parking for guest’s of our rental. No trailers allowed unless cleared with marina beforehand.

It was very nice, excellent location, there was alot of stuff that was not there that was shown on the add, no jet skies, no boat no water trampoline, and didn't know that we had to do laundry, if you don't have a boat it is not for you

Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! This was our sixtieth wedding anniversary family get-together. Carlson Point is special and Jerry is a great host. The house and cabins are well equipped and maintained. The view is 270 degrees and spectacular. We even had a daily air show from a bald eagle. Everyone hated to leave. Ah, memories!

Unfortunately, the best feature of the property is location - if you have a boat.
The property served our purposes, however, many items in listing were not what we found on arrival.
House is more rustic and dated vs “fully renovated.” Rooms are full of unnecessary furniture and bedding was dingy, mattresses old, and pillows were disgusting (bring you own!) Kitchen drawers full of junk and food left in the fridge/freezer. House was not very clean and we had mice (chipmunks?) eating the food on the counter (no other place to store it in cupboards.)
There were fewer bedrooms/beds than listed. No real place to put tents. No way there is sleeping for 40! Sleeping cabins did not have air conditioning as stated and the bunk beds were very uncomfortable. Second shower is located in a shed which was not clean at all - cobwebs, dead bugs, dirty floor.
Jet skis were not available, kayaks took on water.
Exterior not as clean and green as pictured. Lots of junk piled up everywhere.
We did not feel property lived up to the listing.
Too bad, because with some upkeep and investment, this place could be amazing.
