They place was cozy for a family of 4 adults. The checkin process was easy and Serena was wonderful for arranging all of our transportation and I was a guest that had lots of questions.

Appartment is situated at the center of Rome about 200 meters from S. Pietro and Vatican. All the needed stuff are inside. Very comfortable

Pros: You get a place within a walking distance to the Vatican. Grocery store is across the street. Plenty of towels is provided.
Cons: The washer is broken, it makes all the expected noises but the drum does not move, probably a belt issue. If you try to wash your clothes, you end up with wet dirty soapy mess. The curtains in the bedroom are dirty. The A/C in the living room is dying. The refridgerator and freezer doors open against the wall so you cannot easily get in them, anybody thought about reversing the hinges? This place needs some basic maintenance.
