Pearl Guest House is a beautiful waterfront home on Rendezvous Bay, within the exclusive and private Boatman Point neighborhood. Located just a 5-minute drive from downtown Cruz Bay and a 15-minute drive to the VI National Park beaches, Pearl Guest House lets guests discover the perfect setting where you can unwind and relax with the sea.
Pearl Guest House is on the waterfront. The views and sounds of the beach and bay are amazing - like being on a boat. On a calm day one can see the coral reefs and fish below. The bay is very private and pristine, offering excellent snorkeling. There is waterfront access to the rocky beach via a private neighborhood staircase which is only two houses away. The house is in a private neighborhood and is on a dead-end street. The Pearl Guest House faces to the east which has several advantages: glorious sunrises, shade in the afternoon, and best of all, constant breezes.
Pearl Guest House is a gorgeous two-story home with main living space (kitchen, dining, living) on the upper level, and two bedrooms with private attached bathrooms and laundry room on the lower level. The interior is tastefully decorated and has cool travertine floors throughout. Every room has large, screened sliding glass doors to enjoy the bay and beach views and breezes. If you prefer, A/C is available throughout the home.
The kitchen is well-appointed with everything a cook might need including a microwave, dishwasher and outdoor BBQ grill. There are granite countertops and cherry cabinets including an island with stool seating. The upper level also has an indoor dining table with seating for four as well as the main living/seating area. The upper level also has an outside covered deck with seating - the perfect spot to watch the sunlight or moonlight dance on the bay below.
The lower level, accessed by an exterior stairway, contains two bedrooms with adjoining private bathrooms, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms have one king-size bed and A/C. There are large sliding glass doors in each bedroom offering wonderful views of the bay and beyond. Lay in bed and be lulled asleep by the sound of the surf and tropical breezes.
The spacious lower deck is the perfect location for al fresco dining. The deck is very private and surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Coolers, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Pack light and relax!

The property and view from every room is lovely. Check in was seamless and communication with the hosts was easy and hassle free. The villa was spotlessly clean and an easy drive to Cruz Bay and the North shore beaches. The view from the upper balcony and lower deck was so stunning with the lovely sea breeze each day, we almost didn't want to leave even though there is so much to explore on the whole island. Though we ran in to some issues with the power (not the hosts fault and an unfortunately increasingly commonplace issue in St John) the hosts did what they could to make the experience comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed which made eating in easy. A small neighborhood path leads down to a pretty little rocky beach. Though it was too windy to snorkel from the beach while we were there, we did see people snorkeling off boats and were told the snorkeling is good in the bay. Overall, had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful stay at Pearl Guest House and would absolutely recommend it. The home and surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as described, with stunning views and a great location to disconnect, relax, and explore St. John.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up, which made our stay easy. Wonderful hosts, and excellent communication from start to finish.A truly special place.

This was an amazing place to stay for our family’s first time in USVI! Karen communicated to us early on before our stay and then checked in on us a couple of times via text to confirm we had everything we needed, which was great. Beautiful guest house in a beautiful, quiet location. A nice, private, quiet place to unwind and hang out at the end of each day with some pretty amazing views. The house was fully equipped, there was nothing missing we wished we had, and they even provided beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for us to take and use at the beautiful St John beaches. All in all, highly recommend this place and it’s for sure where we will stay the next time we go!
