Very bright 87 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the bay.
It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal community pool, 1 parking space in the same building, 1 TV, safe, hairdryer, iron.
The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

The apartment is in a great location to access old and new town. It’s well equipped with amazing sea views. Returning the keys to the office prior to transfer is a bit incumbent when you have suitcases.
Mattress on the sofa bed not great Shame some people visit Benidorm and behave inappropriately. Most have a fabulous time but some do spoil the good time vibe

Still have the breakages pending after leaving the apartment 14days ago .

It was clean and comfortable. Could be a bit noisy. Overhead busy bar .
Found a problem trying to get into apartment when we arrived .my niece had to help us oldies .as she was staying somewhere else .
