Large, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath split-level island home is located near Baby Beach. We were unaffected by Hurrican Lowell and we remain fully operational. The section of Hoona Road immediately surrounding our home was not damaged. Sleeps up to 10 guests. We have renovated the interior with new carpet, paint, Travertine tile flooring, bathroom fixtures, granite counters, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, living room area with flat-screen television, cathedral ceilings, large lanais, and ceiling fans throughout. Downstairs, there is a King bedroom, full bath, and living area with a flat-screen television. Major appliances including washer & dryer, cable, flat screen televisions, Internet Connection, DVD player, and outdoor gas barbecue for guest use. Large private backyard and front are landscaped with coconut trees, tropical flowers and banana trees. This is island living at its finest! Great location. Note: This vacation home is located in the tsunami evacuation zone. Evacuation procedures are provided to our guests in the Guest Manual and it is posted on the front door at the home.
Our home is cleaned according to CDC guidelines for prevention of the spread of the Covid virus. We ask our guests to follow safety guidelines and local ordinances for visitors to the island of Kauai. Help us all to stay safe. Mahalo!

Golf courses, beach, shops were nearby. House was very spacious and clean. Having two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryer was a plus. The property manager was very friendly and responded promptly to questions.

Great place. Roomy for our group. Location is very close to beach and food and fun. We would stay there in the future

Perfect location. It was an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was lots of room in the house for our big group. The separate downstairs space was great as well as two washers and dryers.
