In addition, thanks to its unbeatable location, it is just a short walk from the Martiánez Lakes, a perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings, take a stroll, and make the most of its facilities.
The apartment is laid out with a spacious living-dining area, including a comfortable sofa bed and a 43" Smart TV, directly connected to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a ceiling fan, while the bathroom comes with a shower.
Located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just steps from Martiánez Beach and the Martiánez Lake, this apartment offers direct access to bars, restaurants, shops, and the local city life.
