The house was very accommodating to our family. Felt very comfortable with all things house provided including washer and dryer. Being able to have quick response from renters when needed was a big plus for me.

Host was very accommodating and the house was quirky and cute. We had 3 couples and one kid and everyone fit comfortably. Lots of sitting areas, spacious kitchen, and a huge yard. There are bleacher cushions and a wagon for baseball families visiting for Cooperstown, and I’m leaving a cooler backpack (which comes in clutch with the hills, cheers baseball parents!).

We absolutely loved our stay! This was by far the cleanest of the three VRBOs we stayed in during our New York trip. The house was spotless, well cared for, and had a lot of thoughtful touches—including some welcome treats and fun games for the kids. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and felt very safe—perfect for families. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone coming for a Cooperstown baseball tournament or just visiting the area!
