Located 10 minutes (by car) from Ibiza or Playa den Bossa and a 10-minute walk from Sant Jordi

A house is currently under construction on a lot located across from the property. This construction is beyond our control and may cause some disturbance during the day, especially outdoors. Work is carried out during daytime hours in accordance with local regulations. We wish to inform you of this situation with complete transparency so that our guests can evaluate their reservation with all the necessary information.

We had a wonderful week at this wonderful house.Super easy to locate, smooth check in and out, great communication and everything we needed.The pool is long enough for a decent swim, stunning grounds/mature garden. 3 comfortable double or twin bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space and hangars.. This is usually a pet peeve for me but was very happy with the situation.. Comgortable living room, well stocked kitchen.. Use of washing machine and plenty of drying space outside out of sight. All in all a super property, good price and very secure with electric gate to drive in and alarm on house.Highly recommended

Loved the villa.Really spacious. Beautiful large garden and easy parking. Lovely views from the upstairs terrace. Lina was a great host. We will be back!

The villa was spotless and had all the amenities we needed — exactly as described! Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. We had a great stay and are already hoping to come back next year.
