Home is fantastic. It is even better than the photos depict. Updates to the property are very nice. Graduation weekend was made easy with lots of room to enjoy family and get ready. Really can’t go wrong here.

We rented this house for our daughter's graduation. It was in a perfect location, very close to campus. The house was newly remodeled with very nice upgrades. It was very clean, had any and every amenity we needed, easy check in, clear instructions, comfortable beds and a great layout for our family. Bonus having 3 full bathrooms. We will definitely book this house again.

The property has some nice renovations and was mostly clean but we were misled by the details listing it as 4 bedroom. Definitely not 4 bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms plus a strange side room that has no doors and a small trundle bed. Bummed out that the listing showed "bedroom 4" with pictures from bedroom 3 which was misleading. The strange layout required some rearranged rooming assignments. It didn't ruin the trip but was less than ideal for what we paid. PS. I contacted the owner with this concern three days before leaving this review and never hear back.
