Property intended exclusively for short-term holiday rental.Located in a quiet passage in the heart of Riells, Can Rabassa is the ideal place for a family holiday, where tranquillity is just 5 minutes from the beach and shops. This charming house, evoking the warm nostalgia of holidays at your grandparents' house, is designed to offer you an unforgettable experience.
Upon arrival, you will discover a front garden with enough space to park your car, ensuring maximum comfort from the first moment. As you cross the main door, you will be greeted by a living-dining room with a fireplace, a perfect corner to relax in the company of your loved ones.
The layout of Can Rabassa is designed to maximise the comfort of the whole family. On the ground floor you will find a practical toilet and a large fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can access the back garden, an ideal space to enjoy outdoor meals, moments of rest and fun family gatherings.
Going up the stairs, you will discover the two bedrooms. One of them has three single beds, ideal for the little ones or for those who prefer to sleep in separate beds. The other bedroom has a double bed and a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy peaceful views of the back garden. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Can Rabassa has Wi-Fi and a magnificent garden:
• The front garden, which welcomes you as you enter the property, ideal for enjoying the fresh air at any time of day.
• The back garden, directly connected to the kitchen, perfect for family meals and gatherings in a relaxed and private setting.

Maravillosa. La llegada y la partida perfectas. La casa muy bien ventilada e iluminada. Zona tranquila a dos pasos de restaurantes, tiendas y de la playa. Todo muy limpio y ordenado y vajilla bonita, práctica y abundante (tambien cazuelas, etc.) Los desayunos y comidas en el jardin maravillosos. Recomiendo totalmente.
