I SPENT À VERY GOOD TIME IN YOUR HOUSE FOR 3 WEEKS.
IT WAS THE SECOND TIME AND I ENJOYED BOTH OF THEM.

We really enjoyed this villa and its location, being peaceful and quiet but within walking distance of the beach and town. And our 21 month old daughter loved the pool and toddling around the place, which was as safe as you'd be able to expect anywhere to be for a little person - the pool being gated was a real blessing as well. Tonja at Alcudia Property was brilliant, too - which can (and did) make a real difference to the holiday.

Lovely villa and gardens with gated pool. Tonja's service was exceptional and really made the holiday for us! We did not hire a car but on reflection it would have been a good idea as it is a steep return from the village and as we just loved Alcudia old town we would have liked to visit more often during our stay. We had all ages in our party from toddler to 70's - we all loved it!

This is a lovely villa with great fruit trees, pool, grill, and patio. It is very tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood very near to beautiful beaches, although it is a bit of a drive to get to a larger supermarket.
However, the decor is a bit too delicate and too appealing for me to be comfortable with our two-year-old in the house. Many of the table tops are glass, the floor in the kitchen is tile, and I spent a lot of time yelling, "No no -- DONT TOUCH!", as I was worried that he would break things.
I would definitely recommend this place for a family with older children or no children, but it wasn't the best choice for us.
