This quaint home is right where you need it to be!! Recently restored 3 bedroom/1 bath in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Cartersville. Fully stocked kitchen opens to dining room. Also enjoy dining outside on the patio at back of the house. Family room is large enough to hang out to chat or watch TV. Walk to the local hotspots in dining, entertainment and shopping. Only minutes away to Hwy 41, Hwy 75 and 6 miles to Lake Pointe Sports Complex in Emerson.

House is with in minutes of everything and the bed where comfortable. Washer and dryer is a little loud so use it during the day. I would definitely book it again when I am in the area.

Clean property and very convenient location for baseball tournament at Lakepoint. Costs less than a hotel with a kitchen and washer/dryer for washing uniforms. Excellent stay!

Property was clean and well stocked with essentials. Was close to town. David was quick to respond to any texts, and very nice. Our only complaint was that freight trains barrel through Cartersville all night and blast their whistles as they pass … it kept us awake every night. Hopefully Cartersville and train line can pass their ruling on banning the whistles at night … fingers crossed.
