Our villa is spacious & light offering accommodation for up to 6 people with private pool, broadband and 2 hours maid service per full week.
Furnished to a modern, high standard it offers broadband internet access, a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge with 75 inch flat screen smart TV & DVD, leather sofas & fireplace with log burning stove, dining room with extending table, 3 double/twin bedrooms (two with balconies), 3 bath/shower rooms & ample storage space.
The garden offers small private pool with spacious patio, barbecue with dining patio, further 'quiet' patio area, ample garden furniture & electric sun awnings. A child proof gate and fence separates the pool area from the rest of the outside area.
The use of air conditioning & heating to the swimming pool carry extra charges for guests who wish to use them.
Located within easy reach of all resort areas & only 10-20 minutes from many of the golf courses & other leisure facilities that the Algarve is well known for, the villa is an Ideal holiday venue for families, golfers, sporting fanatics or just sun and beach lovers.
Resort Facilities: Two Championship Golf Courses, Tennis Academy with eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts our Tennis Academy is one of the largest in Portugal. It’s also home to six floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant. The Royal Spa has a gym, sauna, steam and massage facilities. Release tension with therapeutic treatments in a calm and cocooning space. Celebrate the healing and energising powers of nature with ingredients such as sea algae, organic plant extracts, pure essential oils and locally harvested salt, to boost your inner beauty and balance.
The Royal Spa has eight treatment rooms and two garden bungalows for a truly immersive spa experience, your wellbeing is their priority. There is a Cultural Centre and Auditorium,
At the pristine beach, in season, there are water sports, two resort pools, bars and restaurants, and crazy golf.
Also on site: Vale do Lobo shopping, cash machines, Pingo Doce supermarket, medical centre and 24 hour security ensuring a secure environment.
As we are members of the Vale do Lobo Property Owners Club, our guests can purchase resort Stay cards to obtain free use of the internal bus service and various discounts in the Resort areas. Further details can be obtained from the owners on request.
Please Note;
In 2025 Loulé Council implemented a “Municipal Tourist Tax”. The tax will be applied per overnight stay to all guests, regardless of nationality or residence, aged 16 or over, who stay in tourist resorts and local accommodation establishments. These rates are: Low season - 1st November to 31st March - €1.00 per night/per person up to a limit of 5 consecutive nights. High season - 1st April to 31st October - €2.00 per night/per person for up to a limit of 5 consecutive nights. As owners of the accommodation we are obliged to collect these taxes and pay them to Loule Council. When you confirm the details of all guests at the Villa we will advise you of the Tourist Tax that will be required.

The villa was even better than the photo’s made it look, we were really impressed. Great communication with the owner and easy key collection. Really couldn’t fault the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a lovely stay at the Villa. The Villa is very well equipped, the kitchen has all you need. Wifi worked perfectly, 3 adults and a child using it with no issues. If you do not hire a car uber works great and is very reasonable. You will need to use an uber from reception to the villa as its a bit of a walk. The pool is great, ideal for little ones and adults. Our 2 yr old granddaughter spent 2 hours in it just floating with her armbands :).

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the villa in Vale do Lobo resort. The place is stunning overlooking a golf course. The villa is located in a section of the resort which feels absolutely safe and secure with gated access. Everything worked as expected. The host was amazing with clear and detailed communication about the property, checkin, directions etc. He was very responsive when we needed to contact him on a couple of occasions. Make sure you have a car to drive around in this beautiful golfing resort and elsewhere in Algarve. I was travelling with my family so did not get a golfing experience but expect to visit soon with golfing buddies. In terms of directions, please avoid using Google Maps. Instead, follow the directions clearly provided by the host or by Vale do Lobo resort reception staff from where you collect the keys. Make sure you notice the fork in the road as you get very close to the property and stay on the left of the road towards the gate. It automatically opens when you drive closer to it.
