Located on the quiet Quai des Docks, facing the colorful peaks, this charming studio will delight you! It is located in a very quiet residential area, two minutes walk from the beaches of La Réserve, Coco Beach and Castel Plage ... and on the pretty Port of Nice. Very comfortably furnished, modern, bright and fresh, this apartment is brand new and very well equipped.
There are pretty restaurants to discover nearby, shops that will make your stay pleasant and easy (bakery, mini-market, supermarket, fishmonger, butcher ...).

A clean and fully equipped apartment in a fantastic location, by the port and close to the old town and beaches. The owner, Mahaut is really friendly and helpful. Fully recommended.

The studio is attractive with everything you need. From the balcony, you have a lovely view of the Old Port. And you're just a short walk from the tram line. Plenty of nice shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Perfect.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at this studio apartment. Mahaut was super helpful and accomodating. The location is in the perfect place overlooking the port which you can see from the balcony. The apartment was kitted out with everything that you need for your stay. The attention to detail made us feel very comfortable. We would recommend this to any couples looking to go for a romantic retreat. The location is right next to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and a close distance to the Old Town. This was hands down one of the best get aways I have experienced and the apartment made our stay very special. Thank you very much!
