The Beach House Mollymook is a refurbished holiday house overlooking sensational Mollymook Beach. There's not many of these beach houses left in the area and The Beach House is sure to please. Keeping the beach theme throughout, the house has been styled with you in mind. Enjoy whale and dolphin watching from the comfort of the lounge... there's no need to use the TV!

Sunday 11th January to Sunday 18th January.
Short walking distance to beach, Mollymook Shops, the new 'Tallwood' restaurant, Rick Stein at Bannisters restuarant and the beginning of the walking track which takes you to South Mollymook beach and the beautiful Golf course. It's a weekend away without having to use the car!
The Beach House Mollymook has a complimentary late check-out of 11am.

The Beach House is a two storey house that caters for groups and is perfect for that family getaway.
On the ground floor, The Beach House offers:
- 2 bedrooms - 1 queen
- 1 with 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom/ laundry
- living area with TV and DVD player
- outdoor entertaining area
On the first floor;
- 2 bedrooms - 1 queen
- 1 with 2 single beds
- kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine
- dining room with a large table that seats 6
- living area with new lounge and flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with ipod docking station
- adjoining outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ, tables and chairs that has magnificent views of Mollymook beach
TENANT TO SUPPLY LINEN. Doonas, pillows and blankets included.

* Have a hit of golf at one of the two Mollymook courses
* Explore the shops in Milton and Ulladulla
* if its wet, go ten pin bowling or explore Funland Ulladulla
* Take yourself to the movies
* Milton Theatre often has great live music

It’s a great fun beach house well positioned to the beach and to enjoy the sites and close to the local shops. Cosy and stocked with the necessary items. One bathroom/laundry all in one with separate toilet though, so with a number of people it can be a juggle. The two lounge spaces one up and downstairs make it ideal for families with kids

Excellent spot, perfect views and easy access to the beach. Loved the hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach.

Property was neat and tidy. Great ocean views & location. The house did have a cockroach infestation. Other than that we enjoyed our stay
