Not that close to water , needed more towels. Wifi, very weak downstairs.

First impression: immaculately clean, and I’m the one who always spots the errant hair and sand in the corner of the bathroom floor. None to be found!
Second impression: The layout of this house is absolutely delightful and super functional. Upon entering on the ground floor, you find two bedrooms, each with beautiful broad windows and doors to the outside facing the ocean, plus en suite bathrooms. Follow a gently curving staircase up to the living area and 180* views of unfettered Las Conchas scenery. Windows galore—nearly floor to ceiling— make you feel like you’re in a fish bowl without compromising on privacy. The domed brick ceiling, kitchen open to the living and dining areas, excellent fireplace, expansive patio, and Master bedroom with doors on either end of the room private bathroom and walk in closet?! Heaven. Like I said, I could totally live here.
