This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a perfect year-round retreat for families or groups of up to 6. The living area has a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, a wood fireplace and mountain views; it’s the perfect place to relax with your group after a long day of skiing, mountain biking, or exploring historic Main Street Breckenridge. The kitchen features quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has room for six at the dining room table, as well as four seats at the counter.
This condo offers easy access to skiing and downtown Breckenridge, and you’ll love the hotel amenities like a shared hot tub, underground parking, and gym facilities. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. This ski in ski out property is walking distance to the slopes and to town and is a great choice if you want to be green and leave your car at home. If you do not require parking during your stay, SMR will refund you $30 per night if you let us know one week before your arrival.

The condo itself was nice, and as described. There is no air conditioning, so it was a little warm but they have multiple fans on the closet. The outdoor patio was mostly unusable however as the floor and furniture was covered in dust/dirt.The location is wonderful right in the center of town and the amenities (pool, mini golf, etc) were great.The check in process was a mess. There are about 5 different buildings on the property and it is not clear where to go. The person working at the welcome desk on site was unable to help, as the rental was through an external company. The instructions for parking where hard to interpret and ultimately after over an hour waiting to unload the car (with two young kiddos) we were told that we did not have parking available on site. All public parking around town does not allow overnight parking. The folks we spoke with at the rental company were polite and tried to help us but it was a huge headache.
