Lovely 70 sqm terrace floor in the center of the genuine town of Torre del Mar. The apartment has two bedrooms, nice living room, practical kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic roof terrace.
Bedroom 1 Master bedroom has a king size bed, 160x200 cm, large closet, exit to small balcony.
Large bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet, washing machine.
Bedroom 2 with two very comfortable single beds 80x200cm
Bathroom 2 shower cubicle
Living room with dining area and nice lounge area. TV, wi-fi for surcharge. Exit to large lovely balcony where the sun shines from early morning to late afternoon.
Kitchen with everything you could need. Micro, induction cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher.
A spiral staircase from the living room leads to the large terrace. Lovely views of both the mountains, the city and the park. Lots of nice plants that bring joy. Sun loungers, awning, gas grill, outdoor kitchen and lovely dining area that can accommodate both you and several guests, lounge area with sofa and armchairs.
Communal pool in the courtyard which is open in the summer.

Lovely apartment with everything that you would need. The roof terrace is a wonderful bonus. Only a short walk down to the beach and the promenade and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Great value for the money
