Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the heart of North Shore Chattanooga! With easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, nightlife, Coolidge park, and downtown Chattanooga, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all the city has to offer.
As you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room with plenty of seating, a large flatscreen smart TV, and a queen size pullout sofa bed with included bedding materials for additional sleeping space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and French doors lead out to a secluded back patio with an outdoor dining set for al fresco meals.
Just off of the main living space you'll find two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet for all your storage needs. The guest bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with lots of natural light and stunning views from the front of the property. Other amenities include fiberoptic internet service to keep you connected, an outdoor propane grill, and street parking with an average of 2 spaces typically available in front of the property (parking is not guaranteed, but almost always available directly in front of the house).

Loved this property! Within walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. Very clean and charming home. Loved it was pet friendly.

We enjoyed staying at the Blue Bungalow. There were a few little issues, but our host was very responsive. Location was excellent for walking to the North Shore and a few restaurants. There was always parking in front of the house. Conveniently,Publix was right across the street, but on a lower level, so it was still private and fun to sit on the front porch.

The great: Amazing location, walkable to plenty of restaurants and shops and literally across the street from Publix, which is huge for parents. Also a short walk to the waterfront and it's parks, which we loved. Plenty of space, multiple bathrooms, and the primary closet works great for a pack and play bedroom. There were tons of local magazines and everything was in working order.The good: It's your typical rental with a few little quirks. The bathroom sink faucets are backwards, the TVs are a bit slow, etc. Nothing major but I wouldn't feel comfortable giving this place a 10 out of 10. I would though, 1,000% recommend it as it's a great price for everything you get and the location is all you could ask for.
