A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Beautiful, fully furnished and equipped apartment in a modern condominium with exceptional amenities: 24/7 private security, free parking, two spacious swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, and tennis, basketball, and squash courts. Ideally located in Heredia, just minutes from the train station, the Paseo de las Flores shopping mall, and other attractions. Situated on the 14th floor, it boasts unbeatable views of the city, the entire Central Valley, and the surrounding mountains. Guests can also access the rooftop for breathtaking 360° panoramas and spectacular sunsets year-round.
What I love most about my apartment is the stunning view, from the 14th floor, you can see the capital, the Central Valley, and even the majestic Barva and Poás volcanoes on clear days. The rooftop offers a unique perspective for relaxing, socializing, or capturing unforgettable photos. The location is perfect for exploring Heredia’s colonial charm, coffee plantations, and vibrant markets, as well as day trips to nearby national parks and volcanoes, making it the ideal base for both adventure and relaxation.

This apartment was perfect! Amazing views and it’s in a great location. The pool and tennis courts were really nice extras. Communication with the host was easy and very professional and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

I really recommend this place for short or long term stays. This property is within walking distance to Las Flores mall, which has several restaurants, shopping areas, a supermarket and movie theaters. The property also has excellent facilities and communication with the owners and staff was easy and they answered any questions or concern that we had. Excellent!

Amazing view from a very comfortable condo. The office was a great feature to get a little work done. Bed was very comfortable, very clean place, and well stocked for a comfortable stay. The condo complex has great amenities and the people are very friendly. We had a great stay for a week.

The condo was just fine. Security was good, just need to stock the kitchen better for people from the U.S. coming and wanting to cook. Everyone was very nice and the view is just beautiful.
