In this beautiful house with a swimming pool owned by family-friendly owners, our guests have an apartment with their own entrance at their disposal. The area is completely quiet and our guests can enjoy their privacy.
The house is only 9 km from Pula amphitheater: child-friendly, nice single-family house (row house), only 7 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool - only for house guests (12 x 5 m, depth 140 cm), large terraces. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access - free WiFi, washing machine, parking by the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 300 m.

I think I can honestly say that Villa Davita is one of the very best villas we have ever stayed in, after many years of holidaying in europe. It is owned by the lovely and generous Perko family who are only too happy to help with anything you need during your stay. The decor and standard of fixtures and fittings is very high, and it is incredibly well equipped. The pool table is great - we used it every day and the pool and outdoor kitchen are fantastic too. The bedrooms are great, all with excellent ensuites and ice cold air conditioning.
There is a well stocked little shop and an excellent restaurant a short walk away in the village of Lobrika, and Pula is only a few minutes drive. There are so many beautiful beaches and coves around the area - we were spoilt for choice. A boat trip around the islands for swimming and snorkelling is a must too.

We were 4 adults and four children and really enjoyed our vacation. A bug part was thanks to the accomodation with plenty of space and appealing interior.
Our hosts provided us with everything we needed to stay for two weeks.
We were also welcomed with self-made cake and fruits and beer.
The house and exterior met the descriptions and pictures by 100%.
We can absolutely recommend this place for a pleasant vacation. Also the region of Istria provides lots of places to visit like the city of Rovinj, the island of Brijuni or Kap Kamenjak!

We had a great week in this wonderfull house, where nothing is missing.
With the 5 bedrooms, each with own bathroom, the house was perfect for our two families and we enjoyed every minute. Especially the outdoor kitchen and dinning area is very nice, and we used it a lot.
Everything was new and very clean and the host made us feel very welcome from arrival until leaving.
Thanks for a great week, we would enjoy to come back another time.
