This is a perfect lake house for a family to enjoy Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton. The decor definitely has lake vibes going, and the property was very clean. The beds are comfortable and every room has a smart TV. The house has a lot of character, and it was very cozy for my family of five. The view of the lake is amazing, the dock and boat slip is new and clean. Do keep in mind that all the bedrooms are upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access with only about a 10 minute drive to get downtown. Lastly, the host communicates very well. I would recommend this rental to family and friends.

We had a good time at the property. But the checkin process was clunky, for example, no front door key code or check in process ahead of time and no cleaning until calling the host. They were quickly fixed but that made me wonder what happened to all the automated processes that Vrbo is supposed to provide to travelers and the host. I will take that into account for future bookings.
