1st floor vacation retreat on desirable north end beach block.
Front and rear porch balconies are breezy and relaxing. Perfect for your morning coffee and Brown’s donuts.
Large garage with ample space for parking, and extra space for beach toys, chairs, games, and bikes, and off-street space for second car.
Outdoor shower - Spacious and private with hot water for convenient cleanup after the beach.

All TVs are smart Roku connected to Netflix, Disney+, HBO, and cable channels on AT&T TV
55” TV in living room.
Gas fireplace (winter only) for chilly nights.
Kitchen island with stools and large dining table.
Master bedroom - 1 queen bed, rear balcony, 42” TV, en-suite bathroom.

Host was very easy to communicate with and was accommodating in every way. This house had plenty of space for my extended family, was clean, and was in a very nice neighborhood near all kinds of things to do. Highly recommend this stay.

This is the perfect flat for a little family getaway. It was clean, bright, and a short distance to the beach and boardwalk. We had so much fun on the bikes! Kurt was great to work with, and we can’t wait to come back.

Location was perfect, layout was great! Loved the covered front porch (one story up) and the back balconies too! Perfect for our small group's home base just down the block from the other half of our group. Great beach-y decor all around, and over very comfortable. Kurt was great -- providing helpful information and also very friendly! We all agreed we will stay here again!
