Here you will find a piece of privacy, the loft is located in the courtyard / wing in the 1st. Floor. Up to max. 4 guests can relax in about 60 square meters comfortable and recharge their batteries.
Only 3 minutes walk to bus and subway, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The loft is beautifully quiet in the backyard in the middle of lively Kreuzberg.
This makes it well suited for families with children.

The location of the apartment was really nice, right beside a subway station, a grocery store and lots of restaurants. It has a NextBike stand also right in front. The apartment was very comfortable and quite large, but it was not the cleanest, and the furniture was quite worn out. It goes with the price, which was better than some other apartments listed. If you don't mind that it's not in great shape and don't look too closely at cleaning details, then it's a good find. We saw the people who were cleaning the other apartments, and they gave us extra toilet paper (as there wasn't enough in the apartment for a 10-day stay) and hangers. You also have to bring your own shampoo and body wash, as they are not included, so we had to buy some. Of course, these are details, but they do make a difference in the kind of stay you are having, so I think it's good to know in advance.

We had an excellent stay at Loft 9. The apartment IS in the heart of Kreuzberg. Kreuzberg is vibrant, and that means everything is going on! Kotbusser Tor, the Ubahn station, has all sorts of humanity coming out of it's doors. Be prepared for sketchy on one corner and chic on the next. There were amazing restaurants all around us and our favourite was Safran. We loved their Persian Food and chill atmosphere. It is NOT a party restaurant, but you can find all kinds in that area. The apartment was spacious and offered everything you needed. The shower took quite a while to get hot water, and it wasn't terribly hot when it did. But, that is not a biggie for us. Our texts were answered immediately, except for the last day, to hold our baggage in the foyer, as we waited for check in to our next apartment. But, other than that, I would highly recommend Loft 9, in the Heart of Kreuzberg.

A quiet, spacious, comfortable and chilled out space right in the heart of Kreuzberg which is within reach of absolutely everything you could possibly need.

Property was everything i would expect and had previously stayed in kreuzberg, but found the area to be a little more dishelved than before . Lots of homless and drug addicts on ur door step ,so was very off putting as each day to the underground was a struggle as many beggars
