This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. Wonderful pool. The Grandkids caught bass in the canal. Great Japanese restaurant within walking distance. Publix and Target very close. House is well appointed and we spent many hours playing cards on the lanai. Excellent. Bryce and Sally

While the villa is south facing there are eight palm trees shading the outside area. Also a small Tiki bar is in the center of the pool social area restricting the usable space.
There was a lot ot traffic noise at peak times. The pool is a great size and the house has enough equipement for a group holiday. TV only has basic service (no packages).
