Apartment situated in the Avenida da República in Vila Nova de Gaia. Located in the 6th floor of a modern building overlooking the Avenue and the city, in Vila Nova de Gaia-Porto.
This 2 bedroom modern apartment sleeps 4 and is new. Is located in the heart of the city, the modern area of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holiday or short stay and also a great place to live.
Features a spacious living room with excellent view to the Boulevard and to the city. The leaving room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 42 inch LCD TV, cable TV with 100 channels and free access to wireless Internet with speed of 50 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment and utensils needed. There is also a laundry.
The 2 rooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing rest. One of the rooms is a suite with full bathroom. The other is a double bedroom with a full bathroom. Both rooms have a window facing the Avenue of the Republic with a great view.
Offers a large parking place in the basement.
The apartment has an area of 90 square meters.
Bath towels are provided and new bedding.

Parking, proximity to groceries, public transportation, and Carpa (good restaurant including take-out) was very convenient. We walked down to and back from the Dom Luis bridge most days (20-25 minutes) but a Bolt from Porto City Hall is only about 7. The kitchen is very well equipped; a nonstick frying pan would have been a great addition! All four of us found the beds to be very comfortable and the pillow options were much appreciated (both flat, and puffy were available). The host met us at the apartment personally, and walked us through both the apartment and the parking facilities. He was very personable and attentive.
