Excellent location, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room with a 2-person sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is well-equipped and features a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave, and a toaster.
The living room has a two-person sofa bed.
The master bedroom is spacious and features a large closet; it has a French door with a screen that opens onto the garden.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a closet; the window here also has a screen.
The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower stall, and a sink with a vanity and mirror.
The garden is private and features a gazebo, table, chairs, and a barbecue, as well as beach chairs for sunbathing without having to leave the property. One private parking space is provided free of charge; a second vehicle may be parked on the property, but the cost will be 10 euros per week or fraction thereof. Wi-Fi is free.
Air conditioning is available in the kitchen/dining area and in the two bedrooms.
The cost of electricity is €0.60 per kWh consumed; for this reason, we will take a meter reading upon your arrival and departure, and you will pay based on your actual consumption.
You can check the meter reading at any time.
Access to the property is via a gate with a remote control.
The owners live in the main villa on the same property and are available to assist you and recommend local restaurants and nearby attractions.
The 7x4 in-ground pool is equipped with a telescopic cover and may only be used by guests staying at Villa Lazzarini. It is NOT for EXCLUSIVE use but is shared with the other 3 apartments. The pool is a place to relax and cool off, and it is never crowded since our apartments feature private gardens that ensure privacy, tranquility, and comfort.
Children under the age of 12 may access the pool area only when accompanied by an adult family member.
The road leading to us and the property entrance allow large vehicles to enter without any problems.

Pets are allowed, up to a maximum of one. Given the presence of other guests and the owners’ pets, the dog must be kept on a leash in common areas and is not allowed in the pool area.
