Our cozy apartment is quietly located in the Mühlbach district between Kiefersfelden and Oberaudorf and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The modern apartment, completely renovated in 2013-14, is ideal for 2 - 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms (1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 separate beds).
The occupancy can be limited to max. 6 people can be increased by 2 additional sleeping options in the living area (pull-out sofa). However, these are only suitable for children.
In an open living-dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and dishwasher and seating for 6 people. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
Our south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Kaiser Mountains invites you to linger.
Additional:
- Storage room with washing machine and boot dryer, ski cellar and parking place.

Nice clean and spacious apartment for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.
We used the bikes to get around. Visited the Hocheck bergbahn and sommerrodelbahn. Swimmed in the lake nearby Luegsteinsee.
And enjoyed the great view over the mountains in the evening.
Remember good boots for hiking in the mountains.

The apartment was clean and beautifully situated, the reception was friendly. We managed well with the english-german language differences. This was a good vantage place for the many local points of interest as well as an Herbstfest in Rosenheim, a day trip to Sazburg and to München. We were sorry to leave as there was so much more to enjoy and see. The German /Austrian Alps were enthralling.
