Everything was wonderful, location excellent, especially for walking to town, set back from the street so fairly quiet. If I had one addition to suggest, the beach chairs need to be replaced and a screw in the sand umbrella would also come in handy for the beach as well. The back porch could use some attention and upgraded furniture.
