There was plenty of room in the apartment for 6 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, in a charming area of Garmisch and would definitely stay again. Only a couple of small details that could be improved is that there was no shower wash, shampoo/comditioner, no washing up liquid for kitchen and no bin bags to replace rubbish. Otherwise was very nice.

This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops.

Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue

The flat is very comfortable and in the center of the city. Bus station right in front of the house. The only bad thing was that they weren't prepared for our arrival. Check-in lasted about 15 minutes and the flat was NOT cleaned, all beds were used and there wasn't any clean towel for washing your hands... We had to call the owner and waited from 6:30 pm until around 9 pm for the cleaning Staff to arrive and finish. With 4 little children after a long day on the road absolutely NoGo!
